  The staff were friendly and kept me in the loop about my car. They send a little video detailing the condition of the vehicle and what work is happening, which is clever. The loaner car was nice.
  
  It did take three services to find an oil leak, but it was in a very misleading spot. Otherwise, they have taken good care of my car and have dealt with some warranty issues that other dealers may have fought.
  
  There aren't any other options for Skoda in Adelaide, but good to know they don't take their customers for granted.

  The team at Jarvis Skoda were fanatasic. Peter, Antonio and Adrian are awesome, so professional and accommodating. Highly recommended buying a Skoda here, top service for top cars!

  Whilst I haven't had good experience with the Jarvis brand in the past (over 10 years ago), I couldn't fault them for any aspect of having my 2017 Skoda Kodiaq serviced. They were well prepared, communicated upfront costs and provided online video to show various aspects of the car as it was being serviced. They also went above and beyond to offer free replacement for a simple part which had broken (the door protector plastic).
  Whilst they don't have the familiar friendliness of my local mechanic, they seem to have a professional setup going and I'd certainly recommend them if you're out that side of the city.

  My friend at work recommended me to check out Jarvis SKODA Hillcrest for a new car. I gave it a go and never regret. I never own a Skoda before so there were many questions that I've asked. The gentleman who served me was very friendly and helpful. He tried to give me all the answers he could if not he went away and got the answer for me fairly quick. Thanks to the a clear explanation about the car, it helped me to make my decision on the purchase that day. When I picked up the car another salesman was also very helpful, he happily demo a few features of the car before handing over the key (I like the auto-parking demo :-)) I'm totally happy with the service. Thank you.

  Repairs done under warranty done with no fuss and exceptional service from all staff involved with the escape and my wife and myself highly recommend
