  Dr Julie literally changed our lives after our first consultation. As a first time mum, I went to Julie by recommendation from my maternal health nurse as a last resort to sleep and settling. After listening to our daily routine, Julie recommended 1-2 simple tweaks for us to make to routine and home life - our 8 month old slept through the night that very evening and continued to. I have returned to Julie several times since as my baby got older and her guidance is like gold dust to us. She has also guilded us through some medical issues with our little oneHighly recommend the happy baby clinic.

  This morning I woke up at 7am worried...I hadn't heard anything at all (not a peep!) since 8pm when I put bub to bed. I went in to check on him and he was completely fine and fast asleep

  I cannot recommend the team at The (very appropriately named) Happy Baby Clinic highly enough!
  
  Before our daughter arrived, my husband and I took their masterclass on establishing good habits from day 1. We didn't fully appreciate how useful it was until after our daughter was born. We implemented everything The Happy Baby Clinic recommended; it made the newborn phase as smooth as possible which meant we were able to enjoy it far more than we expected to. It wasn't all easy, but not being exhausted certainly makes the hard parts easier to deal with!
  
  At about 3.5 months the dreaded four month sleep regression hit.
  
  We had another appointment with Elizabeth when our daughter turned four months old. By that stage we were exhausted after two weeks of cat naps during the day, terrible sleep at night and a far grumpier baby than usual. At our appointment Elizabeth talked us through everything she noticed in our daughter's development that told her she was ready for sleep training using the responsive settling technique. This gave us the confidence to start implementing it that night.
  
  Wow, what a difference. It was almost an immediate change. Our daughter responded quickly and within a few days we felt like we had our life back - we were all sleeping through the night, days were much much better and as a result everyone (including our daughter) was much happier.
  
  We've continued to have regular check ups with the team throughout the first year of our daughter's life. These check ups have been useful for managing the transition from three naps to two and addressing (minor) issues we've come across with our daughter's sleep since we sleep trained her.
  
  A massive thank you to the team at The Happy Baby Clinic! You have made the transition to being parents as easy as it could be.
  
  If you're on the fence about booking an appointment, my advice is to just do it! They understand what it's like to be exhausted parents, are compassionate and caring. Trust in their (evidence based) advice completely and you won't regret it!

  The Happy Baby Clinic has been a complete life saver for myself, my husband and my baby. Dr Elizabeth Maher is so kind, caring and really listened to all my concerns. I was really worried about 'sleep training' and the potential negative effects this could have on my baby, but Elizabeth was incredibly reassuring and really tailored a very gentle program for my son. She is exceptionally good at communicating and provided so much support, and continued to see me for months and guide me through any hiccup. Her practices are safe and nurturing, and I now have a baby who sleeps beautifully at night (after months of waking 30-60minutely overnight before seeing her!). Could not recommend the Happy Baby Clinic more!!

  Dr Julie McClellan was amazing, she listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. Our 7 month old was feeding up to 6 times over night. We now sleep through the night and smash nap-goals. It was the best thing we did for both Bub’s and my health.
